Transparent, Hourly Billing

BioMedical Strategies LLC bills solely for principal consulting time (and approved expenses). All work is performed on an hourly basis with no hidden fees, no markups, and no bundled charges.

No Markups or Commissions

If subcontractors are used, clients may choose to contract with them directly. BioMedical Strategies LLC does not apply any markup, commission, or override to subcontractor fees.

Use of Artificial IntelligenceTools

BioMedical Strategies LLC uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance efficiency, accelerate research, and support high‑quality deliverables. AI is used as an assistive technology—not a replacement for expert analysis, regulatory judgment, or scientific interpretation.

Confidential or proprietary client information is not uploaded into AI systems unless explicitly authorized and secured. All AI‑assisted content isreviewed, validated, and finalized by the Principal Consultant.

Data Privacy Policy

BioMedical Strategies LLC treats all client information—technical, regulatory, clinical, financial, and strategic—as confidential. Data is stored securely, shared only with authorized parties, and retained only as long as necessary to support active engagements or comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, license, or disclose client data to third parties. We donot use client data for training or improving external AI systems.
